This first session provides a complete assessment of your profile: eating habits, personal and medical background. A body composition analysis using bio-impedance is performed (body composition, measurements), along with the setup of the Nutrium app for follow-up.
Together, we define a personalised dietary plan tailored to your needs.
Follow-up Consultation – 1h
Usually scheduled 3 weeks after the initial assessment, this session allows us to review your progress.
It includes a full body composition analysis and an in-depth discussion to adjust your programme according to your current needs.
Follow-up sessions are generally spaced about one month apart.
IgG Test Analysis1
The IgG test from the MGD laboratory helps assess food sensitivities by detecting the presence of IgG antibodies against specific foods. Performed using a capillary blood sample on blotting paper, it identifies foods likely to trigger low-grade digestive, skin, or inflammatory reactions.
This analysis provides a valuable foundation for adjusting the diet, reducing low-grade inflammation, and improving digestive and overall comfort. The interpretation of the results comes with personalised nutritional advice, including, if necessary, a gradual elimination or reintroduction strategy.
