Anélya Nutrition – Consultations in preventive and holistic nutrition

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by Anélya Nutrition, a sole proprietorship currently in the process of registration.
The services include :
- Online nutrition consultations (via videoconference)
- Personalized follow-ups
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked via the website's contact form or any other indicated channel (email, online booking platform).
A confirmation email will be sent after the appointment is scheduled.
Booking an appointment implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are expressed in euros or Swiss francs, all taxes included.
Payment is made via bank transfer or in cash, as detailed by email.
Payment must be completed no later than 48 hours before the consultation,unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session is due and non-refundable, except in cases of legitimate reasons (illness, emergency).
5. Commitments and Responsibilities
Anélya Nutrition is committed to providing professional and compassionate support.
The services offered do not in any way replace medical advice or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.
The client remains responsible for the implementation of the advice received.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials shared (resources, documents, recommendations) remain the property of Anélya Nutrition and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Personal Data
The data collected is strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of nutritional follow-up.
It is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
