Throughout my journey, I have come to understand that the body, care, nutrition, and self-awareness cannot be separated.

For me, nutrition goes far beyond calories, meal plans, or restrictions.
It is a gateway to better self-understanding, a practical tool to regain energy, mental clarity, and emotional stability.
I believe in a vibrant, personalised, and body-respecting approach to nutrition, capable of supporting major life transitions such as persistent fatigue, digestive disorders, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, mental overload, or dietary shifts.

My philosophy
Anélya Nutrition was born from the desire to bring together scientific rigour, the wisdom of the body, and the gentleness of care.
My approach is based on a holistic view of health: every symptom has a story, and every body has its own answers.
I work based on three fundamental pillars:

🧬 Terrain support: addressing inflammation, deficiencies, the microbiome, oxidative stress, or the hormonal system.

I use tools from micronutrition, functional nutrition therapy, and lifestyle re-education, always respecting your pace and priorities.
My Background
I initially worked as an occupational therapist, a deeply human profession focused on adaptation, autonomy, and holistic support of the person. This experience taught me to see the body differently: beyond symptoms, there is a story, a context, a terrain to understand.
Driven by the desire to go further into prevention, vitality, and recovery, I trained in functional nutrition and micronutrition. This field allowed me to deeply explore topics such as women’s health, metabolism, sports, and the gut microbiota.
Today, I combine these two areas of expertise to offer a comprehensive, sensitive, and structured approach, at the intersection of care and nutrition.
